About the Role We are looking for a driven Associate Solutions Engineering Program Manager to lead and mentor a team of Associate Solutions Engineers (ASEs) through their technical training journey. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for technical education, program management, and a keen ability to foster career growth in others. As an Associate Solutions Engineering Program Manager, you’ll oversee the development and execution of training programs designed to equip ASEs with hands-on experience in technical domains like computer networking, cloud architecture, and physical security. You'll manage the progress of ASEs through their training, ensuring they gain valuable skills and experiences necessary for success in building technical solutions.
