We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing engineering team responsible for building and scaling systems that power Robinhood’s global product expansion. You will own a critical product and engineering surface within the International organization, partnering closely with cross-functional leaders to deliver robust, scalable, and localized experiences for customers around the world. As part of the International Engineering team, you will play a key role in executing Robinhood’s global strategy by building reliable systems and driving high-quality technical execution in a fast-moving environment. This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA or New York, NY offices, with in-person attendance expected 5 days per week.
