We are seeking a Finance & Strategy Senior Analyst to partner closely with Robinhood’s Crypto and International product team. The Crypto team is building the next generation of crypto products across international markets and the DeFi space. In this role, you will help establish a strong financial foundation for our crypto products, lead strategic initiatives that support product growth and expand reach, and enhance the global customer experience in crypto. You will also establish and track key metrics, support leadership decision-making, and provide insights on financial performance, risks, and opportunities. This role requires experience in financial modeling, strategic thinking, cost management, and budgeting/forecasting, along with a track record of working with partners across teams and communicating effectively with senior leadership. This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA, Chicago, IL, and New York, NY office(s), with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.
