The Financial Compliance team’s mission is to establish and maintain the company’s financial and regulatory compliance, including requirements under the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 (SOX) and related frameworks over internal controls, IT general controls, and financial reporting. This team works closely with Engineering, Security, Finance, and external auditors to ensure systems, processes, and data meet regulatory expectations while supporting business growth! As an IT Financial Compliance Manager, you will evaluate systems, databases, and processes to ensure strong control design and effective operation across infrastructure, change management, and financial data pipelines. You will partner closely with engineering and business teams to identify control gaps, implement practical solutions, and support compliance with SOX and other regulatory requirements. This role plays a key part in ensuring financial reporting integrity and audit readiness while contributing to scalable compliance practices across the organization.
