About the Team The Twitch UX Community team is responsible for streamer creation and viewer engagement experiences across our product ecosystem, building and maintaining a cross-platform live streaming service that supports the growth and development of streamer based communities. About the Role As a Principal UX Designer, Engagement Growth you will be a trusted part of design leadership, advising Director+ level stakeholders. You will own work at the program level and be a significant contributor to the creation, implementation, and successful delivery of design solutions for significantly complex problems that are focused on Viewer Engagement. This includes defining the strategy for features that increase the frequency of user engagement and build more durable relationships between creators and their communities. You will drive cross-organizational design strategies and set the standard for design excellence across multiple products. You will actively develop and mentor other designers. Designers at Twitch are involved in development from project conception all the way through execution and iteration. You will have the opportunity to do hands-on research and collaborate closely with engineers.
