Overview Instacart is seeking a reliable and execution-focused Implementation Specialist to support Caper Cart deployments across retail partners. This role is critical in enabling scalable, high-quality launches by providing in-store support for testing, training reinforcement, and launch execution. The Implementation Specialist Specialist works closely with Implementation and Operations teams to ensure carts are fully functional, store teams are supported, and launches are set up for success. This role is designed to provide local, in-market support for deployment execution, complementing the Implementation team’s focus on site visits and training.
