Overview As the Integration & Automation Tech Lead, you will define the strategy, architecture, and delivery for Instacart's enterprise integration and automation landscape across the Finance and Accounting ecosystem. This role blends strategic ownership with hands-on technical leadership — ensuring our platforms are scalable, secure, audit-ready, and intelligent enough to evolve with the business. You will architect modern, platform-agnostic integrations across ERPs, banking and payment systems, procurement, CRM, and data platforms — leveraging iPaaS, APIs, webhooks, and AI to eliminate manual work and accelerate financial transformation. You'll modernize release and automation practices through CI/CD, and partner with stakeholders across Finance, Accounting, Engineering, and Product to ensure technology is a strategic enabler of insight, compliance, and growth.
