About the role: The Associate, Insurance Product & Emerging Solutions supports the development, execution, and optimization of innovative health solutions across Oscar’s Individual and Family Plan (IFP) product portfolio. This role partners cross-functionally to support product strategy, market research, member engagement initiatives, and lifecycle management activities that improve member experience, affordability, retention, and long-term product performance. The Associate supports the translation of enterprise and market priorities into actionable product initiatives through structured analysis, operational coordination, and disciplined execution across market leadership, actuarial, compliance, product management, compliance, regulatory, and operational teams. You will report into the Vice President, Insurance Product Innovation and Development Work Location: This is a remote / work-from-home role. You must reside in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, or Virginia.
