Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring an Associate, Member and Provider Initiatives to join our MPSO Initiatives team. About the role: You will work with internal and external Oscar stakeholders and representing the needs and interests of the department in company wide initiatives. We ask that you have project management and implementation skills with an ability to work across different initiatives and stakeholders at the same time. You will report into the Senior Manager, MPSO Initiatives. Work Location: This is a remote position, open to candidates who reside in: Dallas, Texas. You will be fully remote; however, our approach to work may adapt over time. Future models could potentially involve a hybrid presence at the hub office associated with your metro area. #LI-Remote Pay Transparency: The base pay for this role is: $91,659 -

Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end management of cross-functional implementations and projects. This includes project plan creation, stakeholder engagement, and managing cross-functional relationships to drive collaboration. Additionally, it involves edge case mitigation and on-time completion.
