We’re seeking a Community Manager to cultivate and energize our artist community—the core of our mission. In this hands-on, people-first role, you’ll manage our daily presence on Discord, bringing our Collective, community programs, and creative partnerships to life through events, collaborations, and meaningful engagement. You’ll connect with artists, educators, and creators who use Weavy, ensuring they feel supported and inspired, while channeling their feedback into ideas that shape and strengthen the platform. This is a full time role that can be held from our New York Hub. What you’ll do at Figma Weave: Define and evolve the community growth model - programming cadence, tier structures, health metrics Manage day-to-day life in Discord - moderation, updates, events, and user feedback loops Plan and host activities like challenges, workshops, and live sessions (aligned with Collective and education programs) Identify and support collaborations with schools, creative artists, and studios; coordinate co-branded sessions Maintain resource libraries, onboarding materials, and event follow-ups to help members get the most out of Weavy Work closely with the community artists -
