About the team/role To support our rapid growth, we are seeking a Finance Business Systems Analyst that can partner with the business systems teams driving requirements gathering, business process optimization, testing, process optimization, and cross functional collaboration. This role will be a member of the Corporate Engineering team that implements global solutions and drives value for business stakeholders. This role should have a core competency in financial processes, and also ERP Applications. What You’ll Do System Support & Troubleshooting (L1/L2): Serve as the first line of defense for finance system issues. Triage and resolve support tickets related to Oracle Fusion and any downstream finance applications. Requirements Documentation: Assist senior analysts in gathering requirements from stakeholders. You will be responsible for translating these discussions into clear, detailed functional specifications and user stories. Testing & QA: Own the execution of detailed test cases for system enhancements and updates. You will perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), log defects, and work with developers to verify fixes. Process Mapping: Create and maintain documentation for existing workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Help identify bottlenecks in current processes to improve operational efficiency. Agile Participation: Actively participate in the Agile Scrum processes, including daily stand-ups, sprint
