More than a third of remote applicants are fake, and Fortune 500 companies experienced a significant rise in hires from state-sponsored fraudulent actors last year. As the leader of Checkr's Identity Risk solutions, you will set a new standard for trust in hiring by creating a system that validates identity seamlessly and frictionlessly. You will develop best-in-class capabilities that prevent fraud during all phases of the hiring process, to safeguard organizations while improving the experience for legitimate, qualified candidates. You will collaborate closely with engineering and operations teams to ship market-leading products that are intuitive and easy to use.
