The Community You Will Join: The Associate Principal, Strategic Finance & Analytics, Host Product role will be responsible for partnering closely with Product, Supply, and Analytics leaders across Airbnb’s host ecosystem. This role will directly support some of Airbnb’s most critical product surfaces powering host acquisition, onboarding, and host engagement, and plays a key role in connecting product strategy to business outcomes. The Difference You Will Make: As an Associate Principal in Strategic Finance & Analytics supporting Host Product, you will drive impact assessment & inform product roadmap prioritization through strong financial and analytical rigor. You will embed business context into product decision-making—ensuring teams are optimizing for both user experience and short- and long-term company impact. This role requires a strong product mindset, with the ability to translate experimentation and user behavior into clear business implications and strategic recommendations for senior leadership. A Typical Day: Impact Assessment: Own end-to-end impact tracking and analysis of product experiments (e.g., ERFs) in partnership with Advanced Analytics. Translate experimentation results into actionable insights to inform product iterations and decision-making Performance Management & OKRs: Own end-to-end performance management systems for Host Product, including OKR definition, tracking, and executive reporting. Build scalable reporting frameworks that connect product metrics to supply growth, activation, and revenue Roadmap Prioritization : Collaborate with Product and business partners to incorporate host
