The Difference You Will Make: As an Engineering Manager, you will lead the vision and execution of Airbnb’s Full-Cycle Testing Platform. Your mission is to move beyond traditional testing silos by building a comprehensive suite of tools that support the entire development lifecycle—from "Shift-Left" early validation and unit testing to high-scale, distributed End-to-End (E2E) automation. You will be a technical leader and a people leader, serving as a force multiplier for engineering teams across Airbnb’s global ecosystem.
