You’ll run full‑cycle searches, partnering closely with hiring managers to define profiles, build strong pipelines, and deliver a white‑glove candidate experience. Partner with hiring managers to align on role requirements, interview plans, and timelines; help set clear expectations and keep searches on track. Support intake meetings and recruiting syncs by sharing updates, surfacing insights, and recommending next steps. Review candidate portfolios and help assess design quality and craft in alignment with Duolingo’s aesthetic and standards. Execute strong recruiting operations: manage timelines, track progress, and proactively communicate status updates and risks.
