We’re looking for a Senior Talent Attraction Partner to partner closely with our industry-leading recruiting team, driving both outbound and referral talent efforts. In this role, you’ll be on the front lines of identifying, engaging, and inspiring top talent to join our mission. 🧠 You will... Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to develop and implement tailored sourcing strategies for high-volume and niche technical roles, with a key focus on Design and Creative roles. Proactively build and maintain a strong pipeline of top-tier technical talent using a mix of outbound sourcing and CRM re-engagement Attend intake meetings to deeply understand each role’s requirements Conduct recruiter screens to evaluate technical alignment and share calibrated recommendations with the hiring manager. Own the creation of market maps and talent intelligence reports that provide total addressable market (TAM) insights, inform sourcing strategies, and help prioritize pipeline efforts. Run A/B tests on outreach strategies and continuously iterate to improve candidate funnel performance. Balance speed and precision, reaching out to volume at scale without sacrificing personalization or quality of engagement. ✅ You have... A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree 3+ years of sourcing experience with a focus on quality outbound support for Design and Crea
