About the team The Finance Operations (FinOps) team provides and enhances core business services that are the backbone for Stripe. FinOps uses data and operational excellence to deliver technology solutions, payroll services, operational excellence, and monetization services to Stripe. What you’ll do We are seeking a Monetization Services Analyst to join our growing team. This person will focus on enhancing the user experience by developing efficient and timely billing mechanisms for custom contracted accounts. This individual will also work on improving the design and management of Accounts Receivable (AR) workflows by collaborating with several cross-functional partners including Accounting, Finance, Tax, Seller Systems, and Engineering. Responsibilities Work comfortably with legal contracts and demonstrate a strong attention to detail. Develop and manage efficient billing and collection processes for complex user agreements and new business operations. Create scalable and auditable Accounts Receivable (AR) processes for both new and existing users. Collaborate with various internal teams such as Commerce Systems, Global Deal Management, Legal, Sales Ops, Internal Audit, Go-To-Market, Engineering and Accounting teams to implement innovative commercial structures and adapt to changing business needs. Partner with account managers to resolve user inquiries related to onboarding, implementation, billing, and collections. Act as a customer advocate by pr
