By focusing on quality supply and international expansion, the team leads the way for Airbnb’s continued growth and the facilitation of millions more host and guest connections. Just like Airbnb disrupted hospitality, Airbnb Services is redefining the guest experience by bringing premium in-home services directly to Airbnb stays. Airbnb Services offers 10 categories (chefs, photography, massage, personal training, nails, etc.) across 260 cities, with new offerings and locations dropping regularly in the Airbnb app. The Difference You will Make: We’re seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Operations Specialist to be the frontline voice of Airbnb in key Mexico City neighborhoods, including Condessa, Roma Norte, Polanco. This role focuses on lead generation, conducting in-person sales pitches, and initiating onboarding processes with key services hosts in CDMX. A Typical Day: Lead Generation: Identify and connect with potential hosts in person, sourcing through online research, cold calling, community engagement, and local networking. Sales Pitches: Deliver persuasive in-person conversations to showcase Airbnb Services and its offerings, effectively converting interest into host submissions. Onboarding: Partner with cross-functional teams to facilitate the initial onboarding of new hosts, ensuring they are well-informed and equipped for success
