The Crypto Operations team focuses on delivering a reliable customer experience while managing operational risk across Robinhood’s crypto products. The team oversees settlement, custody, and account services processes. You will contribute to maintaining accurate, secure, and scalable systems that support global crypto operations. As Director of Crypto Operations, you will lead end-to-end settlement and money movement processes across Robinhood’s crypto entities. You will oversee daily fiat and crypto operations, manage key counterparty relationships, and ensure appropriate wallet balances and reconciliation processes. This role includes leading an org of managers and operations specialists, improving workflows, and supporting audits and regulatory inquiries. You will also introduce automation and tooling to improve settlement speed, reconciliation accuracy, and operational scale. This role is based in our New York, NY office, with in-person attendance expected 5 days per week.
