About the Role Techdome is hiring a full-time Digital Marketing Executive based in Hyderabad to join our growing marketing team. This is a paid, full-time position for a marketer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience who is ready to own campaigns end-to-end — not just execute tasks. You will work across B2B and B2C marketing, running performance campaigns, managing social media, building content, and collaborating directly with our Sales, BDE, Engineering, and Leadership teams. Direct client interaction is part of this role. We are looking for someone who is energetic, data-driven, and genuinely passionate about capturing moments and turning them into compelling digital content. Key Responsibilities Performance Marketing & Paid Campaigns Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads for B2B and B2C segments Monitor campaign performance with a strong focus on ROI, lead quality, and cost efficiency Continuously test creatives, audiences, and channels to improve results and scale spend responsibly Content Creation & Social Media Own and manage social media platforms including LinkedIn and Instagram — content planning, posting, engagement, and performance tracking Capture real moments — team culture, product milestones, events, client stories — and convert them into content that performs Create and optimize content for blogs, landing pages, and websites in collaboration with design teams Tracking, Analytics & Reporting Implement, monitor, and optimize trackin
