Our teammates work on commercializing Airbnb’s new and existing businesses, helping Airbnb expand beyond its core offering as a place to stay. This includes recruiting and developing Airbnb’s global supply of high-quality stays, Experiences, and services, and executing Airbnb’s global in market strategy. The Difference You will Make: As a Growth Strategy & Operations Lead for France, you will work with the Country Manager and Leadership team for France and Benelux (based in Paris) to develop and execute growth initiatives to accelerate Airbnb’s business in your market. You will also align the functions operating in your country behind common objectives and manage business projects to drive direct impact on Airbnb’s demand and supply. Your attention to detail, analytical mindset, organization and communication skills will all ensure you succeed.
