Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring an Associate, Process Optimization to join our Member Provider Service Optimization team. About the role: You will work with business and technical stakeholders to solve operational problems, improve internal workflows, and represent service-delivery needs in company-wide projects. You will support the design, optimization, and implementation of processes to guide efficiency, reduce member/provider friction, and support technology modernization. This requires conducting root-cause analysis, documenting requirements, building project plans, analyzing performance metrics, and managing change across multiple projects simultaneously. You will report into the Product Implementation Manager. Work Location: This position is based in our Tempe, Arizona office, requiring a hybrid work schedule with 3 days of in-office work per week. Thursdays are a required in-office day for team meetings and events, while your other two office days are flexible to suit your schedule. #LI-Hybrid Pay Transparency: The base pay for this role is: $84,240 -
