The Difference You Will Make Airbnb is seeking a Lead, Advanced Analytics, Hosting Services to support the growth of Airbnb's initiatives in the Hosting Services space, including the Co-Host Network, Host Referrals program, and Superhost Ambassadors program. This role is pivotal in analyzing the success of these supply programs across countries and host segments to better understand the drivers of key business, financial, and engagement metrics. The individual in this role will focus on in-depth data analysis, statistical modeling, metric definition, impact assessment, experimentation, and synthesis of insights to inform prioritization. A Typical Day Conduct advanced data analysis and statistical modeling to extract actionable insights that inform strategic decisions across key geographical markets and host segments. Manage stakeholder relationships across the homes supply team, ensuring clarity of communication and strategic alignment on analytics initiatives. Analyze broad data to understand the drivers of new listing supply, availability, revenue, churn and other key metrics related to host needs and engagement.
