SLSQ227R599 The Partner Strategy & Operations team supports Databricks' robust ecosystem of Cloud, SI, and ISV partners, working with the Databricks Partnerships team. Our team is laser-focused on driving operational scale in an extremely high-growth environment. We empower our stakeholders and senior leadership with the insights, tools, and decision criteria to inform proactive, effective, and data-driven programmatic strategies. The Role You will play a key role in scaling the operational backbone of Databricks' partner ecosystem. In this role, you will own partner operations workstreams end-to-end - from process execution and systems management to reporting and cross-functional coordination - with impact spanning the Partner Strategy & Operations sub-function on a 6–12 month horizon, measured by efficiency gains, partner data quality, and cost/time savings across the partner ecosystem. You will scope and lead mid-sized, moderately complex or ambiguous projects independently, balancing multiple priorities and exercising sound judgment on trade-offs and when to escalate. You will regularly influence Directors and Sr. Directors across Partner Sales, Alliances, Finance, IT, and Marketing through data-backed recommendations. You will take an AI-first approach to your work, building AI-powered solutions - automated dashboards, workflow automations, and decision-support tools - to drive efficiency and reduce manual toil. You will partner closely with Partner Strategy, Partner Sales, IT, and cross-functional teams (Legal, Finance, Marketing) to ensure our partner programs run smoothly and scale with the business.
