Job Summary: The AVP/VP Consulting will champion long-term client value by stewarding trusted partnerships with C-suite executives and steering complex programs to success through strategic governance. They will lead and mentor a high-performing team of Program Directors, orchestrating cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Product to mitigate churn, drive account expansion, and refine consulting methodologies. This role combines operational rigor with hands-on leadership, requiring a strong on-site presence to ensure seamless software adoption and measurable business outcomes. Your Day-to-Day: Manage client relationships at the executive level (CIO/GBS leaders/CFO) Partner with client executives, global process owners and internal stakeholders to align on expected value and means, and to measure it on a continuous basis Collaborate with the Program Directors to ensure they are building strong relationships at mid-management levels Ensure monthly steering committee meets are executed with clients in collaboration with program directors Partner with sales to proactively plan for growth, hiring, and contract reviews Proactively manage churn by proactively identifying risks and helping Program Managers develop mitigation plans Collaborate with Product Management on segment specific solutions Be the people manager for Program Directors by providing onboarding support, regular check-ins, coaching, feedback, and guidance, and leading formal employee performance reviews Help to build and improve training methodologies and the tools needed for Consulting success Manage deliverables to achieve deadlines across multiple projects and clients Travel on-site to teach the client how to use our SaaS system and facilitate testing (up to 50% travel) What You'll Need to be Successful: Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree preferred 10-15+ years of professional services in technology led consulting business Experience in building and managing consulting best practices Proven track
