Key Responsibilities: Own end-to-end email marketing strategy and execution across cold outreach, nurture, reactivation, and pipeline acceleration programs. Continuously refine email messaging, sequencing, and targeting to improve conversion at every stage of the funnel . Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies from MQL to SQL , and drive data-backed solutions to close gaps. Design, maintain, and leverage email and funnel dashboards to track engagement, conversion, and pipeline impact. Partner with Demand Generation, Content, and Sales teams to deliver scalable, repeatable programs. Lead regional and GTM-specific email initiatives (e.g., country or region-focused campaigns within EMEA, North America, and APAC). Run structured experimentation across copy, subject lines, cadence design, segmentation, and infrastructure and iterate fast. Ensure strong fundamentals around deliverability, compliance, list hygiene, and sender reputation . You Are a Great Fit If : You think in funnels and outcomes.
