The "Day-in-the-Life" Audit: Conduct deep-dive observations of client finance workflows to identify friction points and bottlenecks. Adoption Strategy: Design and execute playbooks that drive user engagement and ensure the AI platform becomes the backbone of the client’s finance operations. Strategic Governance & Steering Operational Committee Ownership: Lead monthly meetings with client SMEs to review health metrics and tactical progress. Executive Readiness: Manage up and prepare executives for Steering Committees, providing the data-driven narrative of value delivered. Signal vs. Noise: Change Management The 80/20 Rule: Stack-rank client requests and technical enhancements.
