About the role As a Forward Deployed Engineer (Customer) , you will serve as the lead technical strategist embedded with our customers. You'll own the end-to-end design of AI-driven business transformation projects from understanding domain-specific needs to architecting scalable agent-based solutions using DevRev’s platform. This role requires a unique blend of enterprise architecture, AI solutioning, customer empathy, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll act as the connective tissue between pre-sales, customer success, engineering, and product teams bringing our AI capabilities to life for real-world impact. What You’ll Do Own Customer Context : Deeply understand customer business domains, systems, and OKRs/KPIs to guide solution design. Architect AI Transformation : Design and document AI-driven workflows, agents, skills, and system integrations that align with customer goals and industry best practices. Be a Trusted Advisor : Build strong partnerships with customer stakeholders as their technical counterpart, delivering confidence in our platform’s capabilities. Translate & Coordinate : Bridge the gap between pre-sales/CS and engineering, ensuring requirements are actionable and outcomes measurable. Design Reusab
