Job Description: The Applied AI Engineering team at DevRev is responsible for architecting and building solutions that deliver the optimal experience for our customers. As customers progress through their DevRev journey, they may require integrations with enterprise systems, workflow automation, or custom enhancements to the platform. As a Junior Applied AI Engineer, you will work alongside experienced engineers and cross-functional teams to help design and implement integrations, automations, and AI-driven solutions. You will gain hands-on experience applying AI/ML techniques, coding, and building scalable solutions that enhance the customer experience, while receiving mentorship to grow your technical and problem-solving skills. Objectives: Assist in designing, developing, and implementing integrations, automations, and customizations across DevRev and customers’ workflows. Apply AI techniques, including Generative AI and prompt engineering, under guidance from senior team members. Conduct basic data analysis, write SQL queries, and help build dashboards to share insights. Participate in cross-functional communication to ensure requirements and feedback loops are maintained.
