What this is about (role) The Implementation consulting team at Atomicwork works as a bridge between customers, sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure our customers' successful onboarding, expansion, and renewal. As an Atomicwork Implementation consultant, you’ll be responsible for supporting our customer success team to help our customers maximize the benefits of Atomicwork. This includes scoping and designing ESM solutions. We seek a bright, motivated individual with a passion for learning and the ambition to be a crucial part of our growth strategy. Above all, we are looking for a strong communicator who can collaborate effectively internally and externally to get things done. While the role is technical, you'll have the opportunity to work with our customers and internal teams daily. In addition, you'll be relied on to demonstrate initiative and the ability to seek out relevant information, along with operating with a sense of urgency to meet potential customer needs, whatever they may be.
