The opportunity for you You will drive technical products while managing cross-team collaboration and complex project schedules, removing roadblocks and driving to completion. You will develop and own the integration strategy and roadmap to support the growing needs of customers in the ITSM domain. You will deeply understand the problems you are handling via research, data and customer conversations, and work on defining the problems and solutions with the team. You’ll work with a smart bunch of designers and engineers to help them understand user needs and empower them to make great product decisions. You’ll work with sales and marketing to help craft messaging and effectively communicate the value of our product. You’ll also own and maintain the quality of the product areas your team are responsible for and aim to deliver world-class software with every release. What we're looking for 4+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, ideally within the ITSM or related enterprise software domain. Proven track record of managing product integrations, APIs, or third-party software ecosystems. Experience working with integration platforms, API management, and data synchronization between enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, HRMS, etc.) Good problem-solving skills, and the ability to switch between thinking creatively and analytically Passion for end-user experience and attention to detail.
