QA Lead

You will be responsible for leading the overall quality assurance strategy, test planning, execution, and automation for software applications. This role involves overseeing the team of QA analysts, collaborating with development and product teams, and implementing best practices to ensure software quality, performance, and security. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of manual and automated testing processes and is experienced in leading QA teams in Agile environments. We also enjoy working with people who are looking to learn new things and have a sense of responsibility toward their work. Technical Skills Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum, and DevOps. Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium). Experience with API testing (Postman, RestAssured, SoapUI). Proficiency in performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner). Knowledge of SQL for database validation and backend testing. Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
