The Role You will take ownership of helping our customers succeed during the critical first 30 days, with a strong focus on implementation, adoption, and retention. You will guide shops through a smooth transition onto the platform, ensuring they quickly realize value and build confidence in using Slice solutions in their day-to-day operations. You will lead customer training and education, equipping shop owners and their teams with the knowledge and best practices needed to fully leverage the platform. By providing proactive support, troubleshooting, and early lifecycle guidance, you will help identify and resolve challenges early, setting shops up for sustained success. You will become an expert in Slice solutions and offerings, reinforcing the partnership established by the Sales team while identifying opportunities to deepen engagement through additional products and services. This role plays a critical part in positioning Slice as a trusted technology partner, driving long-term adoption and maximizing customer value.
