Business Process Manager

POSITION SUMMARY: The Business Process & Solution Analyst / Manager will support enterprise-wide business process transformation by bridging business stakeholders and technical teams. This role is responsible for understanding business problems, designing scalable future-state processes, documenting high-quality requirements, and partnering with BSG / system architects to shape practical system solutions across platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, DealHub, Partner Portal, Jira, and related business applications. This role is not limited to requirements of gathering. The person should be able to think end-to-end, connect process with system impact, support solution design, drive UAT readiness, and ensure business changes are delivered in a structured, scalable, and well-governed way. The ideal candidate is a strong business process thinker who can go beyond documenting what users ask for. They can understand the underlying business problem, design a better future-state process, identify system impacts, and work with technical teams to shape a scalable solution. They should be comfortable operating between business stakeholders and BSG, ensuring work is well analyzed, well documented, properly prioritized, and ready for execution.
