Senior Specialist /Assistant Manager - FP&A

Role Overview We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CA/MBA to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. The role will focus on core FP&A activities such as financial reporting and modelling, variance analysis, budgeting & forecasting, automation, creation of interactive dashboards and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate will be execution-focused, eager to learn, and comfortable working with data and financial models. The candidate will work closely with team members and stakeholders to support business performance tracking, reporting processes, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Financial Planning & Analysis Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and dashboards. Perform variance analysis against budgets and forecasts, highlighting key drivers. Support the budgeting and forecasting process by consolidating inputs and preparing templates. Maintain and update financial models and trackers. Prepare management reports and presentations for internal stakeholders. Assist in cost tracking and spend analysis across departments. Support reconciliations and audit-related documentation. Build and maintain interactive dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI etc. Drive continuous improvement in financial modeling and reporting processes through automation initiatives. Help identify opportunities for process improvements. Required Skills & Qualifications Technical & Analytical CA/MBA with 0-3 years of relevant experience in FP&A and/or business analysis. Strong
