We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to lead strategic and technical initiatives across our AI/ML product portfolio. This role will drive product development, customer success, and internal program execution in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. You will serve as the bridge between business needs and engineering execution, ensuring alignment, scalability, and impact. Key Responsibilities Program & Product Leadership Drive end-to-end execution of strategic programs including new product development, enhancements, and customer deliverables. Lead cross-functional planning and delivery across engineering, analytics, data science, product, and operations teams. Translate business requirements into technically feasible solutions and actionable roadmaps. Manage program schedules, accounting for the iterative nature of AI/ML development lifecycles and aggressive time-to-market goals. Experience in design and review of new solution concepts and leading the delivery of high-impact analytics solutions and programs for global clients. Customer & Stakeholder Engagement Serve as the primary point of contact for key customer accounts, ensuring successful delivery and satisfaction. Respond to technical questionnaires and RFPs for large prospects, aligning solutions with customer needs. Communicate extensively with internal and external stakeholders across geographies and functions.
