About the role We are looking for a highly analytical finance professional to join our FP&S team as Senior Manager, Revenue Financial Planning & Strategy. This role will be responsible for enabling the achievement of Checkr's revenue and gross margin goals by driving revenue financial planning, forecasting, and reporting. A critical part of any business is grasping its key revenue drivers. You'll do this by deeply analyzing historical trends, evaluating macro impacts, and leveraging AI forecast models while working side by side with our product, data, and GTM teams. The ideal candidate brings a highly quantitative, data-driven mindset and has experienced success in a dynamic, high-growth, and fast-paced environment. This candidate should also possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of senior management (including VP, SVP, and C-suite).
