Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing finance team at DevRev. The ideal candidate will have relevant work experience in accounts payable processes and a strong understanding of financial principles. Responsibilities: • Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and payment requests in a timely and accurate manner. • Review purchase orders, contracts, and agreements to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or issues promptly. • Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders to address payment inquiries and resolve payment-related issues. • Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions and update accounting databases and systems as needed. • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparing accruals and reconciliations. • Perform corporate credit card reconciliations and follow up on missing receipts or incorrect expense coding. • Assist with vendor onboarding and maintenance, including collecting tax forms, banking details, and ensuring compliance with internal policies. • Monitor invoice approval workflows and follow up
