We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our growing Finance & Strategy team. The Finance organization at Discord is responsible for planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis. Senior leaders across the business rely on us as trusted advisors to develop actionable insights, steer headcount and investment decisions, and build scalable financial reporting solutions. Your analysis will be highly visible and will directly inform executive decision-making. This is a role built for someone who can go deep and flex broadly. You’ll partner with leaders across GTM and G&A functions, acting as a powerhouse across the broader Finance & Strategy team. As a thought partner to functional leaders, you’ll help steward Discord’s resource investments to improve the durability of our long-term financial performance, establishing coordination and communication across business teams such as Finance, Accounting & Talent.
