Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate Finance

We're looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join Discord's Corporate Finance team. The Corporate Finance team sits at the center of Discord’s financial operations: responsible for financial planning and forecasting, strategic analysis, equity programs and capital markets activities. The team regularly works alongside senior leaders across the business to shape Discord's financial future. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Corporate Finance, you’ll play a central role on a small, high-ownership team with lots of opportunity for growth. This role will be responsible for some of Discord’s highest-impact workstreams and processes, including: owning our financial planning tool, partnering with cross-functional teams, building financial models, and supporting strategic projects. What You’ll Be Doing Drive Internal Forecasting and Reporting: Support monthly and long-range forecasting and own reporting for various internal and external stakeholders. Build Strategic Financial Models: Develop and maintain analyses that inform Discord’s complex, high-stakes strategic initiatives and projects. Support Cross-Functional Initiatives: Partner with Total Rewards, Legal, and Accounting on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making across equity programs, compensation and more.
