As a Salesforce Administrator, you will help design, build, and support PagerDuty’s growing enterprise application environment – ensuring availability, reliability, and security for our users and critical business data. About This Role Together with the other members of the enterprise applications team, you will have the opportunity to re-define how PagerDuty, designs, builds, and maintains a growing suite of applications around the world. Responsibilities Act as a Product Management liaison, collaborating with stakeholders (including Product Managers) to conceptualize, refine, and prioritize requirements, ensuring system functionality aligns with critical business process efficiencies and improvements.
