As a Senior Account Manager on the STP Account Management team, you'll serve as the primary relationship owner for Coinbase Institutional's highest-priority clients, ensuring they maximize the value of the Coinbase Prime platform across custody, trading, staking, and stablecoin services. You'll own end-to-end client coverage for complex institutional accounts including asset managers, banks, and corporates, driving adoption, retention, and revenue growth through consultative support and cross-functional coordination. What you'll do: Own a book of high-priority institutional client relationships end-to-end, from onboarding through ongoing account management, ensuring clients are fully integrated and actively using the Coinbase Prime product suite. Drive client adoption and trading volume growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across custody, trading, staking, and stablecoin services. Partner with Sales, Trading, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to resolve complex client needs, coordinate onboarding, and deliver client-centric solutions. Lead product demonstrations and technical walkthroughs with clients, serving as the subject matter expert on Coinbase's institutional capabilities and platform features.
