The Product Foundations team within Coinbase's Platform product group builds the systems that protect Coinbase, our customers, and the broader crypto ecosystem, powering identity verification, money movement, and regulatory compliance across every jurisdiction. As the Group Product Manager for Compliance Automation, you'll lead the product vision and multi-year strategy for the AI/ML-powered systems that automate Coinbase's regulatory obligations, including sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, suspicious activity detection, and risk-based compliance workflows. Compliance operations represent one of Coinbase's largest investments, and you'll own the strategy to strengthen and scale those capabilities through intelligent automation, reducing cost and regulatory risk while enabling the company to operate and grow globally. What you'll do: Own the product vision and multi-year roadmap for Coinbase's Compliance Automation platform, covering sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, suspicious activity detection, and risk-based compliance workflows. Lead a team of PMs to define, prioritize, and deliver AI/ML-powered capabilities that reduce manual compliance effort, increase detection accuracy, and scale compliance operations across jurisdictions.
