As an HR Business Partner on the People team, you'll partner with one or more functional leadership teams to translate business strategy into people and org strategy. You'll own the full HRBP lifecycle for your client groups, from org design and performance management to employee development and retention, using data and sound judgment to directly influence how Coinbase scales. What you’ll do: Own people programs and strategies for your client group, including performance management, compensation, talent development, engagement, and retention Partner with functional leaders on org design, workforce planning, and people strategies that support business objectives at scale Lead coaching and counsel for leaders on professional development, career pathing, leveling, change management, and sensitive people situations Drive data-informed people insights by analyzing trends and translating them into actionable recommendations for leadership Build and apply HR policies with an eye toward compliance and risk reduction, managing employee relations issues across global teams Strengthen cross-functional partnerships across People Team COEs to ensure cohesive delivery of people programs Required skills and experience: 8+ years in Talent Management, Organizational Effectiveness, Recruiting Leadership, Talent Strategy & Operations, Consulting, Chief of Staff, or HR, with direct experience advi
