What You'll Actually Do You will work on real-world applications used by businesses and users across global markets. Your responsibility will go beyond writing code — you will contribute to building scalable, maintainable, and production-ready systems. You will work across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, cloud environments, and deployment workflows while collaborating closely with product, design, QA, and engineering teams. This role is designed for engineers who want exposure to complete product engineering and are comfortable working in fast-paced delivery environments. The Mandate 1. Build and maintain scalable applications Develop and maintain frontend and backend systems Build responsive user interfaces and scalable backend services Develop and integrate RESTful APIs Work with databases, integrations, and cloud environments Ensure application performance, reliability, and scalability 2. Own features end-to-end Understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions Take ownership of features from development to deployment Support production releases and debugging activities Identify issues proactively and contribute to improvements Collaborate closely with QA and product teams during releases 3. Contribute to engineering quality Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code Follow engineering best practices and coding standards Participate in peer code reviews Contribute to improving code quality and engineering processes Maintain technical documentation
