Executive Assistant - Founder's Office

About Techdome Techdome is a technology-driven engineering organization building scalable digital products, cloud-native systems, and AI-powered solutions for global clients. We operate at the intersection of product engineering, applied AI, and fast execution. About the Role This is not a calendar management role. You will sit directly inside the Founder's Office, working alongside our CEO and CTO on decisions, priorities, and conversations that shape the direction of the company. You will have access to strategy discussions, product decisions, and business conversations that most people at this stage of their career simply do not get to see. If you read fast, write clearly, think ahead, and want to understand how companies operate — this role is for you. What You Will Do Support the CEO and CTO directly on priorities, communications, and strategic initiatives Work alongside Business Development, Marketing, and Engineering to connect dots, align teams, and ensure follow-through on key actions Prepare materials for client pitches and business development conversations, and engage with clients directly when required Research AI tools, market developments, and competitor activity — and brief leadership with concise, actionable insights Use AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini actively in day-to-day work to draft communications, synthesize research, and reduce turnaround time on deliverables What We Are Looking For Strong written and verbal communication skills — you express ideas clearly and concisely, in person and on paper Ability to read situations quickly, anticipate needs, and act without waiting to be told High level of organization and attention to detail — you track what matters and follow through consistently Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where priorities shift and judgment is required Genuine curiosity about how businesses, products, and technology decisions are made Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive busin
