As a CBIE Operations Senior Associate on the International EMEA Ops team within the Consumer & Business group, you'll help scale the operations function for Coinbase Ireland Limited across the EEA. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you'll drive day-to-day business operations, regulatory reporting, outsourcing oversight, and cross-functional initiatives that directly support regional growth and regulatory compliance. What you'll do: Own daily business operations for CBIE across all lines of business, managing consistent performance against targets and surfacing risks or gaps to leadership. Drive improvements to operational and regulatory reporting by streamlining data sets, building dashboards, and producing actionable insights using SQL, Snowflake, and Looker. Develop and execute local operational and outsourcing processes, procedures, and reporting to meet regulatory requirements, including day-to-day management of the outsourcing risk management framework. Partner with functional owners, central teams, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with the outsourcing framework and effective management of third-party risk. Lead discrete cross-functional initiatives and ad hoc projects spanning operations, growth, strategy, and regulatory priorities. Support regulatory and product operations activities for CBIE, including preparation of materials for internal and external regulatory
