Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring an Associate, Strategic Finance to join our FP&A team. Oscar is the first health insurance company built around a full stack technology platform and a relentless focus on serving our members. About the role: The Associate, Strategic Finance supports financial planning, analytics, and business insights for the business (i.e. Corporate, Operations, Technology division). You will work with Finance leaders on business reviews, full-year projections, and strategic partnership with business leadership. You will create new reporting, and analytical insights to ensure visibility into business spending patterns, projections, and presents findings to multiple levels of leadership. You will report into the Senior Director, Strategic Finance & Corporate Development. Work Location: This position is based in our New York City office, requiring a hybrid work schedule with 3 days of in-office work per week. Thursdays are a required in-office day for team meetings and events, while your other two office days are flexible to suit your schedule. #LI-Hybrid Pay Transparency: The base pay for this role is: $87,188 -
