Techdome is hiring an Executive Assistant in Indore / Hyderabad to work directly inside the Founder's Office alongside the CEO and CTO. This role goes beyond scheduling and administrative support — you will be involved in business strategy, cross-functional coordination, client engagement, market research, and AI-powered productivity workflows that keep leadership and the company moving fast. Key Responsibilities Support the CEO and CTO directly on priorities, communications, and strategic initiatives — understanding the context behind every task, not just completing it Coordinate with Business Development, Marketing, and Engineering teams to connect dots, align actions, and ensure follow-through across functions Prepare pitch decks, proposals, presentations, and business development materials for client meetings and sales conversations Engage with clients professionally in meetings and written communications when required Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and AI tools research — and deliver concise, actionable briefings to leadership Actively use AI productivity tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Notion AI to draft communications, synthesize research, and reduce turnaround time on deliverables Required Skills & Qualifications 0.6–1 year of experience in an executive assistant, operations, or business support role Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace — Docs, Sheets, Slides Hands-on familiarity with AI tools — ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar Ability to multitask, prioritize independently, and work in a fast-paced startup environment Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential business information Preferred Skills Prior internship or experience in a startup or founder-led organization Exposure to business development, sales support, or client-facing roles Familiarity with project management tools — Notion,
