About the Role We’re looking for an experienced individual who can build and nurture customer relationships with some of our largest and most strategic customers with the ultimate goal of creating a “rolodex” of 50-100 contacts that we can tap into to support webinars, written case studies, videos, our corporate podcast, in-person events, and other advocacy activities. This isn’t a traditional customer marketing role focused solely on writing case studies. Instead, you’ll be proactively networking with both internal sales reps as well as customers to identify accounts with exciting stories to tell across a wide variety of industries, from manufacturing, to retail, to education, to cities.
